We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement. We typically take a deposit of the minimum per hour whether it's for the two hr rate of $334.00 or the four hr rate of $668.00, those are the minimum starting rates depending on day & time per emergency schedule. Based off of a rate of $167.00 an hour. When others may be too busy, or have hidden fees we keep it simple, cut & dry.
We do not offer free estimates. If we come out it is because You have agreed upon service with us. In the event you cancel there is a non refundable $167.00 service charge.
We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to get a new completion time. Most services are completed same day. We only handle the HVAC and Plumbing aspect getting you back up and going. We are not liable for damages or cleanup from incident nor damages caused by commencement of work to make necessary repairs. In example further opening a wall etc. We do however have a list of preferred vendors for drywall, paint, trim carpentry, carpet cleaning, etc. We strive to keep a clean work environment, minimizing cleanup and damages.
